Our first full week of learning successfully completed. Thanks to Grade 6 parents for attending last week's interactive information presentation.
Students are now settled into school routines. On Friday StuCo class representatives were chosen.
Also on Friday evening we experienced a spirited MS dance and the week ended at 9 p.m. with students happily leaving school after singing energetically, at the top of their voices, along with the final song of the evening.
On Saturday and Sunday all Grade 9 students, together with a team of six teachers, reached the hotel station of the Mount Fuji climb but did not get to the summit due to poor weather conditions. By all accounts it was a very worthwhile experience and they returned to Tokyo tired but satisfied. Our congratulations go to them!
