Spring is in the air, and we have had a great 'hanami' or cherry blossom viewing season here in Tokyo. We hope to see you at some of the following events coming up this school year.
• 13th Annual Nishimachi Outreach Scholarship Golf Tournament
Date: Saturday, May 21st, 2016
Location: Chiba Birdie Club
From 'I-golf-once-a-year-at-Outreach-golf' golfer to 'I-golf-every-weekend' golfer. Please join us at the 13th Annual Nishimachi Outreach Scholarship Golf Tournament to be held at the Chiba Birdie Club in Chiba-ken on Saturday, Mary 21st, 2016. • Nishimachi Graduation 2016
Date: Friday, June 10th, 2016
Time: 1:00 p.m.
Location: Nishimachi International School gymnasium
Nishimachi 2016 Graduation ceremony will be held on Friday, June 10. The ceremony will begin at 1:00 p.m. in the Nishimachi gymnasium. All alumni are welcome to attend the ceremony.
• Nishimachi-Kai Annual Alumni BBQ 2016
Date: Saturday, June 11th, 2016
Time: 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Location: Nishimachi International School courtyard
Please mark your calendars and join us for our homemade, grilled-on-the-spot, all-you-can-eat, yakiniku-style BBQ and refreshments. You'll have a chance to catch up with fellow alumni and friends. There will be an alumni basketball game from 2:00 p.m., so if you are interested, don't forget to bring your gym shoes!
This will be the last Nishimachi-Kai BBQ that Mr. Christian will be attending. It would be wonderful if we can give him a big farewell!

For those who can help with prep and grilling: Nishimachi-Kai is seeking BBQ Prep crew (between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.) and Novice to Expert level grilling crew (between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.)
