Dear Alumni and Nishimachi-Kai members, Greetings from Nishimachi! School year is almost coming to an end! We can't believe it's going to be May in a few days! Four fun events are coming up!
**11th Annual Outreach Scholarship Golf Tournament**
Do you golf? Are you a little rusty with your swings? No problem! We are accepting all golfers from novice to semi-pro! (We ask that you have been on the green at least once in your lifetime!) Come join us for a fun day on the course on Saturday, May 17th! May 8th is the deadline to register, so hurry on to guaranTEE your spot! **Community Flea Market**
Looking for a great deal? Do you like supporting community service events? Do you love a good BBQ on weekends? We have a perfect event for you! Come support our annual Community Flea Market on Saturday, May 10th! Admission is FREE! Proceeds will go to Kirivorn School in Cambodia, Tohoku, and the "Build a School campaign in the Phillippines. Nishimachi Class of 2014 Graduation ceremony will be held in the gymnasium at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, June 13th. Alumni are welcome to attend the ceremony.
**Nishimachi-Kai Annual BBQ**
It's that time again! Save the date for...The Annual Nishimachi-Kai Yakiniku BBQ Reunion! DATE: Saturday, June 14th TIME: 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. PLACE: Nishimachi International School Courtyard COST: Adults: 3,000yen, K-12 Students: 1,000yen, under 5yrs: Free! Food, drinks, fellow alum, old friends provided. No need to bring anything but a good appetite and a pair of gym shoes for the alumni basketball tournament. Basketball tip-off at 2:00 p.m.!
